These are the available attendance tags.
・直行 : Go straight to the client's office
・直帰 : Go straight home without coming to the office
・出張 : Business trip
・遅刻 : Come in Late
・早退 : Leave early
・電車遅延 : The train delay
・在宅 : Work from home
・残業 : Overtime

【!】You can use the attendance tag only if your administrator sets the attendance tag in your account.
◆You can use DIRECTLY「直行(Go straight to the client's office)」and「直帰( Go straight home without coming to the office)」tags on attendance record button.
This case explains how to record your attendance with「直行(Go straight to the client's office)」tag, but if you would like to use 「直帰( Go straight home without coming to the office)」tag, simply replace 「出勤(Clock-in)」 with 「退勤(Clock-out)」 and replace 「直行(Go straight to the client's office)」 with 「直帰 (Go straight home without coming to the office)」 in the text.
■STEP 1 LOG IN YOUR GOZAL ACCOUNT

■STEP 2 RECORD ATTENDANCE WITH 「直行(Go straight to the client's office)」TAG
Tap 「その他の打刻(Other attendance)」button and choose 「直行(Go straight to the client's office)」tag in attendance screen.(This button will appear if you have already clocked in)
■STEP 3 CHECK YOUR ATTENDANCE RECORD
If you can see the time that you clock in as shown below, it has been successfully recorded .
Tap 「編集(Edit)」button to check attendance tag.
■STEP 4 CHECK ATTENDANCE TAG
Make sure your attendance tag shows 「直行(Go straight to the client's office)」 in attendance tag category in 勤怠の申請(apply for attendance) screen.
◆HOW TO USE OTHER ATTENDANCE TAGS?
■STEP 1 LOG INTO YOUR GOZAL ACCOUNT

■STEP 2 SELECT THE DAY THAT YOU WANT TO ADD ATTENDANCE TAG
Select the day that you want to add attendance tag and tap「完了(Complete)」button.
■STEP 3 DISPLAY ATTENDANCE SCREEN
Tap 「編集(Edit)」button.
■STEP 4 ADD ATTENDANCE TAG
In 勤務タグ(attendance tag), tap「タグを追加(add tag)」button and choose attendance tag that you would like to use. Then, tap 「完了(Complete)」button.
■STEP 5 SAVE THE ATTENDANCE RECORD
You can add more than one tag (see below) by repeating the STEP4 action.
Tap「記入(Register)」button when you finish adding attendance tag.
Now you have recorded your attendance with attendance tag.
【!】If you need to delete attendance tag, tap 「×」 next to attendance tag and tap 「記入(Register)」.
